We needed to find a home in a hurry, but we still wanted to find something we loved that would be a great value and a great return on our investment. The price per square foot was lower than any other homebuilder – even though the other homes we looked at were lower quality. Somerset had a home that was ready to move into immediately and it was more than we could have hoped for. All of the “upgrades” for the other builders were standard and we got an amazing deal. We have lived in several neighborhoods and this one is simply the best.
